Dorchester Board of Trade Memorial Scholarships in the Memory of Ed Madden / Joe Langis / Ron Schiffman

To apply, students must send a resume and essay to DBOT Scholarship, PO Box 220452, Dorchester, MA 02124. The essay topic this year is: If you were president of Dorchester, what would you and your staff do? The essay should be approximately 500 words. Resumes and essays must be post marked by June 1st. Only winners will be contacted. The scholarship will be awarded before September 1st, 2010.

Scholarship Donation Form:

Annually, the Dorchester Board of Trade awards a scholarship to a Dorchester resident enrolling in advanced education for the coming academic year.

It has become one of the most rewarding projects of the Board. But now, with the increasing cost of education, and the greater demand for financial aid, we need your help to build a larger support system to service our community. It is our hope that with your financial contribution, eventually the Scholarship will be self-supporting.

This year, with your help, the Scholarship Fund can become more successful than ever. Remember, any contribution, large or small, will be greatly appreciated.
